May I come preview the sale?

We are sorry but we cannot allow anyone to enter before the start date and time.  We will try and provide as many pictures as we can & a list of items.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash & Personal Checks (With Valid ID)

Do You Deliver? How long do I have to pick up the item?

Yes, we will deliver for a fee (Time + Gas).  If you would like to pick up your item on a later date, please talk with John King to make an appointment.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.  We ask that you look over every item before you buy, items are sold AS IS.

Do you let everyone in at one time?

No, depending on the space, we will let anywhere from 10-20 people in the house at one time.  A crowded house having an estate sale leads to injuries and accidents.

We usually start giving out numbers 1.5 hours before the start of each sale day.  This will hold your place in line.
